1. The Belgaum Fort itself which is 700 to 800 years old, called the Bhuikote Killa as it is constructed on the
plane ground built by a Jain Raja. This Fort was the last fort to be captured in India by Britishers from the
Marathas.
It is the first Belgaum cantonment having a regimental center of Mahar regiment.

2. Kamal Basti inside the fort a more than thousands of years complex of Jain temples carved in hard black stone just like the Dilwara temples at Abu in Marbal with a image of Lord Mahavir. Carvings represent Lotus flower pattern hence the name Kamal.

3. Next to Kamal Basti is the Ramkrishna Mission Ashram having Swami Vivekananda Memorial. Swami Vivekananda stayed in the same house on his way to Kanyakumari and then to Chicago where he gave his first speech in the parliament of religion and entire world came to know him.
